How these plans were made

CP positions were taken from your two map photos. Both sheets were georeferenced against OpenStreetMap lakes and roads plus the GPS CPs 54 and 83. The check points land within about 15 m.
Distances follow OSM roads, tracks and paths. The shortest loop through every CP comes out at 110.5 km; the organisers quote 108 km, so legs are realistic, maybe 2% long.
Speed means your average riding speed on the flat, over this course’s usual mix of roads and tracks. Each leg is then adjusted for its surface, using OSM road types and track grades. Compared with your speed: asphalt about 1.5×, compacted gravel 1.35×, grade 1–3 tracks 1.1–1.3×, rough grade 4–5 tracks 0.85–1.0×, paths 0.9×, and the last stretch to a CP off the mapped roads 0.65×. These factors are scaled so the full CP loop still averages exactly your speed.
Climbing adds 7 min per 100 m. Heights come from the Copernicus 30 m elevation model. It includes treetops, so I subtracted an estimated canopy and smoothed each leg over about 200 m. The full 110 km loop has about 1,020 m of climbing; read single-leg figures as ±30%. If your usual average already includes hills, pick a speed one step higher.
Each plan also adds 1 min per CP, plus extra time at the tricky ones: hidden 50 and 71 (+5), photo-orienteering 85 (+10), GPS 83 (+5), 54 (+3), signposted 66 (+3).
Camp stages don’t pay at these speeds. Shooting is 2 pts for about 10 min, rope “Хард” 6 pts for about 35 min, and the quest is 8 pts for about 30 min plus the detour to 22. A spare hour of riding is worth about 20–25 pts, so the optimizer skips them. If you’re much faster at a stage, change its minutes in “Re-plan” and recompute.
CP 21 is cheap. Read the puzzle at 23, 32 or 55 (all routes pass one), solve it while riding, and hand in the answer at camp just before you punch the finish. Sunday window closes 18:00.
Sunday stage hours: shooting and “Хард” until 15:00, “Лайт” and quest result until 16:00, puzzle answer until 18:00. Lateness costs 1 pt per minute, and finish closes 18:00, so build in a margin by planning one speed step lower than you expect.
The map view is north-up. Your paper map is turned to magnetic north, so it looks rotated by about 11°.
The OSM view is drawn from OpenStreetMap data built into this page, so it works without loading map tiles. The dashed line marks the event area. OSM misses some forest tracks that your paper map shows.
